Gardenesque Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 This competition is organized by Gardenesque ("the Promoter").

1.2 By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

2.2 Entrants must have an active Instagram account.

3. How to Enter

3.1 The competition will run from 00:01 on 18th October 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 15th November 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2 To enter the competition: a) Follow Gardenesque on Instagram. b) Comment on the competition post and tag a friend in the comments. c) For an additional entry, share the competition post to your Instagram story, and sign up to our marketing newsletter.

3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

3.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

4. Prizes

4.1 The prizes are as follows: a) 1 x Indoor Pot chosen by Gardenesque.

4.2 The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on November 18th, 2024.

5.2 The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the Closing Date.

5.3 If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

6.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the our Privacy Policy.

6.2 By entering the competition, entrants agree that any personal information provided with the entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

7. General

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

7.2 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

7.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
