Easter delivery dates:
Pallet and DX 2Man delivery's: Order by Monday the 14th of April for delivery ahead of the Easter weekend. Subject to delivery day booking and courier availability. Orders placed after the 14th will be delivered on or after Tuesday the 22nd of April.
DX Express: Order by Tuesday the 15th of April 1om for delivery ahead of the Easter weekend. Orders after this date will be delivered on or after the Tuesday 22nd of April.

Some products we ship are considered fragile goods, for this reason we ask that you please inspect orders upon delivery and sign 'damaged' or refuse delivery if the product is damaged in anyway
Redelivery fee's
If on attempting to deliver your pallet, you refuse delivery and request a redelivery date, we have a right to charge you the return delivery fee. This does not affect your statutory rights to refuse goods on the basis they are damaged, faulty or in line with our returns process. If you want to cancel an order or return the goods, please contact us Gardenesque | Contact us. Your redelivery fee will be chargeable at the invoice amount, and can vary. This can be anything from £35 - £100 depending on the weight or quantity of goods.
