With the latest lockdown restrictions now in place, people will be working from home for the foreseeable future. One of the benefits of working from home is the ability to design your own office space and a great way to create an environment that is healthy and productive is with houseplants.
Research shows that plants improve air quality, removing toxins and other elements found in furnishings, paints, detergents and cosmetics around the home. They also greatly benefit health by reducing blood pressure and breathing problems and mood, and increase attention span and improve productivity.
