We use different carriers for delivery depending on the products being shipped. The majority of our orders are shipped via DX on their premium services. Please leave a mobile number when placing your order so you are able to receive SMS updates and tracking information with a delivery time slot on the day of your delivery.
For large and heavy items that need to be delivered on a pallet, we use Palletways, e.g. very large terracotta pots, garden furniture or other large items. Palletways will contact you directly to arrange your day of delivery via phone and email. If they are unsuccessful in contacting you after 3 attempts, they will continue to deliver your order curbside at their earliest convenience.
Our Packaging & Sustainability Commitment
We actively try to be as sustainable as possible where we can during our packing and delivery process. The packaging we use for our products is made from 100% recycled paper, that can be recycled on once it's delivered to you. So, we kindly ask of you to please dispose of our packaging thoughtfully.

Order with express delivery and receive your items within 1-2 working days when ordered by 1pm the previous working day. (3-4 working days for highlands and highlands).
Our express delivery options are covered by our delivery guarantee, meaning if your order arrives later than the specified time working days, we'll refund you your delivery fee without hesitation.
Delivery terms and conditions
Please note, our palletised delivery services are delivered curbside. If you have a tarmacked driveway the driver will try to deliver the pallet as close to your door as possible, however if door access is gravelled or grass, it will be curbside drop off. Please leave a valid contact number so our couriers can update you if they experience any delays or queries with your delivery.
If your order is delivered on a pallet the driver is cannot take the pallet back with them in case of returns. Doing so may result in extra charges should you want to return your item. We encourage upcycling of our pallets.
If on attempting to deliver your pallet, you refuse delivery and request a redelivery date, we have a right to charge you the return delivery fee. This does not affect your statutory rights to refuse goods on the basis they are damaged, faulty or in line with our returns process. If you want to cancel an order or return the goods, please contact us Gardenesque | Contact us. Your redelivery fee will be chargeable at the invoice amount, and can vary. This can be anything from £35 - £100 depending on the weight or quantity of goods.

Caring for Your Water Feature in Winter
Water features are designed to be outside all year round, however in the colder weather and frosts it's important to take a few preventative steps to ensure the feature stays in great condition.
Once the feature has been turned off, remove any plants, algae and debris from the water feature. If you find any wildlife that was residing in the feature, make sure to carefully relocate it to another area of the garden to minimise any disruption for them!
Next, make sure to empty the feature of water and remove the pump. . .

WE bought one of these - the larger size - for our newly landscaped rear garden - FABULOUS!
BUT!!!
The internal clear plastic pipe is a tad too short - another 50mm would be ideal.
Check that ALL clear plastic pipe connections are made and solid.
AND!!!
Thoroughly wash the sphere free of even the smallest traces of loose slate debris; our pump blocked within 48hours of first use.
VERY HEAVY to move about in order to reach the pump.
Otherwise, we LOVE IT!
Very nice flickering light at night time.
Have yet to install but delivery & comms all excellent, not anticipating any problems.
Love the water feature, gives the background sound of water that my wife wanted and was easy to set up. Lawrence of Gardenesque was fantastic for customer support, because we had a couple of issues with the delivery, but that wasn't gardenesque - that was the delivery contractor. I would recommend this water feature and also Gardenesque. The bowl inside is plain, and you can see the cone that the sphere stands on, so we hit that by using some obsidian rock chippings. Love it.
Reviewed many options, but this one caught our eye. Thought hard on whether we should go for the medium or large, decided large and glad we did!
Delivered a day later than advised, but no problem.
It IS heavy, even when splitting package to ball and basin, so 2 person lift is essential. Also easier when installing the plumbing.
After trying out with pump supplied we have subsequently converted the feature to ‘solar’, as cost of installation of mains to bottom of garden location was prohibitive, and it’s been working fine-
make sure you get a 600 litre per hour rated system, and if you also get one with a battery backup, you can still run (for a time) when sun is limited/after dusk.
Just one point to note- the onboard light ‘ring’ doesn’t work with the solar kit we have, and probably won’t with the other solar kits on the market.
