To maintain the performance and appearance of your water feature, we recommend filling it with distilled water to prevent limescale buildup. You can also enhance its longevity by using Frost Free Water Feature Treatment, Anti-Algae & Anti-Germ Cleaner, and Citronella Fragrance Treatment.

This water feature comes with a 12-month guarantee for the pump and cable (conditions apply as per the instruction manual). Proof of purchase is required.

Easter delivery dates:

Pallet and DX 2Man delivery's: Order by Monday the 14th of April for delivery ahead of the Easter weekend. Subject to delivery day booking and courier availability. Orders placed after the 14th will be delivered on or after Tuesday the 22nd of April. 

DX Express: Order by Tuesday the 15th of April 1om for delivery ahead of the Easter weekend. Orders after this date will be delivered on or after the Tuesday 22nd of April.

Important Notes:

  • Curbside Delivery: Delivery is curbside unless your driveway is tarmacked.
  • Contact: Palletways will reach out to arrange delivery. After 3 failed contact attempts, delivery will proceed curbside.
  • Inspection: Check items on delivery and sign "damaged" or refuse if any issues are found.

I am delighted with this water feature. It looks authentic and I am impressed with the quality of the item, so much so, it looks as if I smuggled it out of Pompeii!
