Quality Pots

I ordered two Oxford Blue planters. When they arrived unfortunately one had been broken in transport. I emailed the same day and Henry who was so friendly, efficiently arranged for another to be sent. It did take another 11 days to arrive but they are lovely quality pots and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to purchase these. Just one word of caution, my pots were not the blue colour as shown in the photos, definitely grey, I was told this was due to the glazing. I still liked them enough to keep them but if you are determined on blue you may not be lucky with the colour you receive.

Excellent service

I ordered this pot shortly before Christmas and sadly it arrived broken into several pieces. On contacting the seller I found them to be extremely apologetic and helpful. A replacement arrived in time for Christmas and is beautiful. I would highly recommend both the company and their louden pots.

Broken Pot

I bought a beautiful pot from gardenesque unfortunately it was broken when it arrived emailed gardenesque straight away and they were absolutely fantastic they apolised and reordered the pot which arrived two days later. I will most definitely be using this company again. WELL DONE Gardenesque
