I purchased the large pot and it arrived within the advertised timescale, but smashed in 4 pieces. It was perfectly packed, and in my view it must have been badly manhandled in transit and the many 'fragile' stickers ignored. When my email was responded to, the replacement arrived the next day - packaged in exactly the same way - and in perfect condition. The item itself is classy, and I will have similar requirements in this area when certain garden work is completed. Gardenesque is a terrific company with a 100% customer service attitude.
