It features three built-in drainage holes to encourage healthy root growth, helping plants flourish in all weather conditions. The thick outer edge adds durability and a bold, structured look. Pair with Clayton Terracotta Pot Feet for improved drainage and a polished finish.

Materials

Our terracotta is handmade using traditional firing techniques, producing a highly durable, all-weather planter. The natural properties of the clay allow it to develop a unique patina over time, adding to its authentic charm. Fired at high temperatures, it withstands seasonal changes while maintaining its integrity and strength.

Our terracotta pots are designed for year-round outdoor use, but we recommend using pot feet to aid drainage and prevent moisture absorption. In extreme winter conditions, wrapping the pot with bubble wrap or blankets can help insulate both the terracotta and the plant inside. To prevent clogging, add a layer of gravel or broken terracotta at the base before planting.

Pallet and DX 2Man delivery's: Order by Monday the 14th of April for delivery ahead of the Easter weekend. Subject to delivery day booking and courier availability. Orders placed after the 14th will be delivered on or after Tuesday the 22nd of April. 

DX Express: Order by Tuesday the 15th of April 1om for delivery ahead of the Easter weekend. Orders after this date will be delivered on or after the Tuesday 22nd of April.

Delighted with my terracotta pot

I am delighted with the large 74" Clayton terracotta pot from Gardenesque.
I had bought a well grown, mature olive tree and had searched garden centres and other suppliers to find a,traditional Mediterranean pot for it.
I am so pleased I found Gardenesque online and that they had exactly what I was looking in stock.
I ordered and paid over the telephone and it was delivered very promptly as promised free of charge as it was over £ 80.
The delivery man was exceptionally helpful and the pot was well wrapped and securely protected on a pallet.
The pot is beautifully made to a classical traditional shape and is the perfect container for the olive tree.
Customer care, advice and efficiency were all excellent and I would recommend Gardenesque unreservedly.
