We are proud to be working with the best couriers in the country. When it comes to fast delivery and customer service we can't be beat.
We use different carriers for delivery depending on the products being shipped. The majority of our orders are shipped via DX on their premium services. Please leave a mobile number when placing your order so you are able to receive SMS updates and tracking information with a delivery time slot on the day of your delivery.
For large and heavy items that need to be delivered on a pallet, we use Palletways, e.g. very large terracotta pots, garden furniture or other large items. Palletways will contact you directly to arrange your day of delivery via phone and email. If they are unsuccessful in contacting you after 3 attempts, they will continue to deliver your order curbside at their earliest convenience.
Our Packaging & Sustainability Commitment
We actively try to be as sustainable as possible where we can during our packing and delivery process. The packaging we use for our products is made from 100% recycled paper, that can be recycled on once it's delivered to you. So, we kindly ask of you to please dispose of our packaging thoughtfully.

Order with express delivery and receive your items within 1-2 working days when ordered by 1pm the previous working day. (3-4 working days for highlands and highlands).
Our express delivery options are covered by our delivery guarantee, meaning if your order arrives later than the specified time working days, we'll refund you your delivery fee without hesitation.
Delivery terms and conditions
Please note, our palletised delivery services are delivered curbside. If you have a tarmacked driveway the driver will try to deliver the pallet as close to your door as possible, however if door access is gravelled or grass, it will be curbside drop off. Please leave a valid contact number so our couriers can update you if they experience any delays or queries with your delivery.
If your order is delivered on a pallet the driver is cannot take the pallet back with them in case of returns. Doing so may result in extra charges should you want to return your item. We encourage upcycling of our pallets.
If on attempting to deliver your pallet, you refuse delivery and request a redelivery date, we have a right to charge you the return delivery fee. This does not affect your statutory rights to refuse goods on the basis they are damaged, faulty or in line with our returns process. If you want to cancel an order or return the goods, please contact us Gardenesque | Contact us. Your redelivery fee will be chargeable at the invoice amount, and can vary. This can be anything from £35 - £100 depending on the weight or quantity of goods.

How to choose your Gardenesque planter
Flower pots come in all shapes and sizes. Your plant should always live in a planter that is slightly larger than the plant itself as they will need enough space for their roots need to grow without becoming pot bound.
Select your plant and note the diameter of the growing pot it is planted in. Our plant pots can be measured in two ways:
- The volume of the pot in litres (common in larger pots and planters)
- They can also be measured by the diameter across the top, their height and width. (Usually displayed in either centimetres or inches)
When choosing a pot for both outdoor and indoor plants, choose a pot that is 1-2 inches larger than the current size its planted in. If the pot size is more than 10”, choose a pot that is 2-3 inches larger in diameter. The container should be about half the height of your plant. Using this design principle, a 9-inch pot would suit an 18-inch plant.. .
